Out of Date!!

This book is used because our school has never put forth the effort to change to a better book, some procedures and drugs used in this book are not even used any longer, and drugs you do need to know they don't list at all. Our instructor takes articles from publications for us to read and the book is only a minor reference, such a waste of money. Remember the world of medicine is changing all the time, this book was last updated in 2006 and uses studies done in 1998! Also, very dry and extremely difficult to read. If you find any other book ... don't buy this one.
